Rbrohant is committed to the quality of its products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise under the following conditions:


*The returned products must be returned in 'AS NEW' condition. Never installed and in 100% resalable condition.
*Products must be returned in the original manufacturers' box and packaging, without any writing/marking on the packaging, and must contain all pieces.
*Returns successfully inspected for resalable condition will result in a full merchandise refund.
*Eligible merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.
*Customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the return of the product (a traceable shipping method is recommended to ensure your return is received).

*Jkshowerfaucet.com sells only quality products. All products are covered by the manufacturer's comprehensive warranties.
*In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set) for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within the following timeframes:
For Items Shipped by Parcel Carriers :
Damaged and Defective Items: 15 days after delivery
For Items Shipped by Freight Carriers:
Damaged Items: 5 days after delivery.
It’s critical to report the issue within that time period so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.
Defective Items: 15 days after delivery.
*We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you should take pictures of the damage and you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery.
*If your product is damaged at the time of receipt or defective within the applicable warranty period, Rbrohant Faucet Company will repair or replace your item at no charge.
*Products with quality problems can be refunded unconditionally.
*Email info@jkshowerfaucet.com to report an issue with an item. You may be required to submit photographs of the damaged or defective product and its packaging (the original packaging is required to facilitate a return unless it was damaged in transit and is unusable)
*Important Note About Freight Forwarders: If you decide to use your own freight forwarder to ship an item or if you export an items yourself or through another carrier, then Rbrohant will not be responsible for providing any replacement or refund for any damaged or defective items.
